Ste. Anne's Church is proud to announce the third year of Simbang Gabi, the beloved Filipino Christmas tradition! From December 15th-23rd, join us as we celebrate this sacred nine-day novena in preparation for Christmas and in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This year marks another opportunity for community engagement, evangelization, and cultural sharing. 

What is Simbang Gabi?
Simbang Gabi, which translate to "Night Mass," is a deeply rooted Filipino tradition that honors the nine months of the Virgin Mary's pregnancy with Jesus Christ. Each of the nine Masses serves as a spiritual journey, allowing us to accompany Mary in joyful anticipation of His birth. These votive Masses are dedicated to the Blessed Mother and offer a time for reflection, prayer, and seeking God's blessings. It is believed that completing the novena brings special blessings and helps align one's life with God's will.

Dates: December 15-23, 2024
Mass Time: 7PM | Rosary and Confession: 6:30PM
Community Meal: Simple food sharing after each Mass
December 23rd Special Event: Potluck celebration with Christmas carols.

Everyone is Welcome!
We encourage you to bring your family and friends to experience the joy and spirit of Simbang Gabi. The final night will feature a festive potluck with Christmas carols, creating an unforgettable way to close this beautiful tradition. We also welcome volunteers for a variety of roles, such as Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers, Greeters, Collectors, Parking Personnel, and General Support, with sign-up now available.
