​Upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, the Building Committee, and approval by the PPC, I must report with profound sadness that the Parish Center will be closed effective December 1, 2024. Our goal is to be fiscally responsible with the finances of our Parish. The operating expenses of the Parish Center outweigh the income generated, and the cost of anticipated needed repairs could not be met.

Unfortunately, for the time being, we will have to move the Daily Mass and other smaller groups for prayer from the Chapel to the Main Church. To allow for this transition in use, the Blessed Sacrament will be moved from the Tabernacle in the Chapel to the main Tabernacle. The religious education classes will be held in the Chapel and in the Church. Committee meetings and non-liturgical meetings will be held in the Chapel space.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this closure for those who may have scheduled events in the building over the coming months.

Please pray for the committees charged with making recommendations for the Convent and Parish Center buildings. I will keep you informed about their progress as we proceed.
